By using wattback.no you accept these terms. Wattback AS (org.nr. 932 953 534) provides a platform connecting businesses with energy efficiency solutions and installers.
We offer: Energy analysis and savings calculations, assistance with Enova applications, connection with qualified installers, and project follow-up. We are not installers or financial institutions ourselves.
You agree to: Provide accurate information, have necessary authorizations for the company you represent, and not misuse the platform.
We help prepare Enova applications but do not guarantee approval. Final decisions are made by Enova. You are responsible for ensuring your project meets Enova requirements.
We facilitate contact with installers but are not party to agreements between you and the installer. You should evaluate quotes and enter agreements directly with the installer.
We make no guarantees regarding savings or financing. Our calculations are estimates based on provided information. We are not liable for losses due to rejected applications or installer work.
All content on wattback.no belongs to Wattback AS. You receive a limited right to use the platform for its intended purpose.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the website. Continued use after changes means acceptance of new terms.
Norwegian law applies. Disputes will be attempted resolved amicably. Legal venue is Oslo District Court.
The following terms apply to paid subscriptions on the Wattback platform.
Prices are quoted in NOK excluding VAT. Monthly billing is charged in advance. Annual billing provides a 20% discount. Setup fees are invoiced at onboarding. Lead and partner fees are invoiced in arrears based on actual usage.
Usage beyond plan limits (partners, leads, storage) is billed at current rates. You will be notified when approaching limits. Service may be restricted for significant unpaid overages.
You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time with immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Already paid periods are not refunded upon downgrade.
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days notice. You retain access until the end of the current period. Upon cancellation, export your data within 30 days. After this, data is deleted according to our privacy policy.
Data is stored in the EU (Google Cloud, Finland). Retention periods depend on plan: Starter 12 months, Professional 24 months, Enterprise 60 months, White Label 84 months. You may request data export at any time.
Starter: Email support on weekdays. Professional: Priority support with 24h response time. Enterprise/White Label: Dedicated contact and phone support. Support SLAs apply only to platform issues, not user questions.
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise and White Label plans are entitled to credits for significant downtime beyond this.
