Wattback AS (org.nr. 932 953 534) is the data controller for personal data collected via wattback.no. We help businesses with energy efficiency and Enova applications.

We collect: Contact information (name, email, phone), company information (organization number, address), building information for energy calculations, and documents you upload (energy bills, floor plans).

We use your data to: Prepare energy analyses and savings calculations, prepare Enova applications on your behalf, connect you with qualified installers, and communicate about your project.

We process personal data based on: Contract - to deliver our services, Consent - for marketing (can be withdrawn), and Legitimate interest - to improve our services.

We share data with: Installer partners (only what is necessary for quotes), Enova (as part of the application process), and technical providers (hosting, email). We never sell your data.

Data is stored in EU (Google Cloud Platform, Frankfurt). We use encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

You have the right to: Access your data, correct errors, deletion (with some exceptions), data portability, and to file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
